Study Fields

Stirling teaches in four fields of study. Each of these fields has its own disciplines or specialist areas of study. Each discipline has a foundational subject (the ones in bold), which must be completed before undertaking more advanced units in the discipline. For example, ‘Introducing the Hebrew Bible’ is the foundational unit in the Old Testament discipline. This unit must be completed before undertaking more advanced units in Old Testament. Once these foundational units have been completed, the range of units to choose from increases dramatically.
