Online Learning and Enrolment
Accessing online learning site; your enrolment details and results; electronic library resources
Every University of Divinity student receives a University of Divinity account, which allows students to access the following systems using their username and password.

You will be asked for a Username and Password to login.
Your username is your email address.
Your password is dd/mmxxx where dd/mm are the day and month of your birth date, and xxx are the last three digits of your student number (on your student card or on your enrolment summary).
Example: Your email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Your student number is 2014152531 and you were born on 25 March 1968. Your username is email@example.com. Your password is therefore 25/03531
Once logged in, you can change your password. Passwords must be seven characters long and contain one digit. Changes to TAMS passwords automatically flow through to ARK (but you may have to wait for up to 12 hours).
Getting Your Results
All results for Stirling units are entered in the University of Divinity’s ‘Theological Academic Management System’ (TAMS). TAMS allows students to access their academic record online (on a ‘read-only’ basis) so:
- You can check that your personal details are correct.
- You can check that your enrolment details for each semester are correct.
- You can send an Enrolment Summary to your email address.
- You can check your results after they are published.
Once you have logged into TAMS, you will see a summary screen.
To get your results, scroll down on the Summary screen to the line headed ‘Course Enrolled by Student’. Click on the ‘Academic Record’ button on the right hand side of the screen, aligned with your course’s name. This will display all units you have enrolled in for this course, together with the results for those units you have completed.
Note: The summary screen doesn’t always reveal everything on your record. Full details will appear on the printed or emailed enrolment summary.
If you want a hard copy of your results, go back to the Summary screen and select ‘Email Enrolment Summary’. You will then receive your enrolment summary as a PDF.
Check Your Contact Information
From the left-hand menu you can select ‘View Details’ to check if your address and email are accurate. If any information is incorrect, you will need to send the Registrar a signed ‘Change Personal Details[show_contact_button]’ form.
Check Your Future Enrolment
All enrolment details appear on TAMS and you should take responsibility for checking that you are enrolled in the correct units. If units you wish to take do NOT appear on your academic record, you are NOT enrolled in them and you should contact the Registrar immediately to ensure that you are correctly enrolled. If you find errors, you will need to submit a signed ‘Coursework Change of Enrolment[show_contact_button]’ form. Changes cannot be made to enrolment details after the Census Dates for each
